Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once processing is complete, your order is prepared for dispatch.
Processing time does not include shipping time.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or local service disruptions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This tracking link allows you to monitor your shipment until delivery.
Customers are advised to regularly check tracking updates and courier notifications to avoid missed delivery or collection deadlines.
Delivery Attempts & Pickup Responsibility
If the courier is unable to complete delivery and the parcel is held at a local pickup point or delivery office, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the parcel within the timeframe specified by the courier.
Couriers typically send notifications via email, SMS, or tracking updates. Failure to respond to these notifications or collect the parcel within the allowed timeframe may result in the shipment being classified as unclaimed.
Unclaimed or Failed Deliveries
If a parcel is not collected, refused, or remains unclaimed after delivery attempts, it may be released, disposed of, or processed by the shipping carrier.
Please note that in such cases, the parcel is not guaranteed to be returned to our warehouse.
Unclaimed or abandoned parcels are considered fulfilled orders, and no refund or replacement will be issued. Soreza is not responsible for parcels that become unclaimed due to missed delivery attempts, failure to collect, or failure to respond to courier notifications.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
Orders shipped to the address entered at checkout cannot be refunded if delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details, missed delivery attempts, or non-collection.
Timeframe for Reporting Delivery Issues
Any delivery-related issues must be reported to us within 7 days of the last tracking update or delivery attempt.
Due to shipping carrier limitations, issues reported after this timeframe may no longer be eligible for investigation, recovery, refund, or replacement.
This timeframe applies specifically to shipping and delivery matters and does not affect statutory consumer rights.
Abandoned Shipments
Orders that are abandoned, unclaimed, or released by the carrier due to customer inaction are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.
